The Command Support System is a distributed, interoperable C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computing and Information) system which gives fire and rescue commanders at all levels of an incident (and throughout fire service command networks) a powerful combination of technologies for creating and sharing a Common Operational Picture. The Command Support System is now in service with leading fire and rescue services such as the South Australian Metropolitan Fire Service, the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service and has been selected by the London Fire Brigade and the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service.

The Tactical Command Trainer system is a proven Virtual Reality/Artificial Intelligence-based training system which has been used by fire and rescue services around the world for many years to train and assess commanders in accordance with fire service doctrine and standards. The Tactical Command Trainer system is used by almost all UK fire and rescue services, and all Australian and New Zealand fire and rescue services.
